Property Manager/Sales Associate
Since 2001, Grace has handled the accounting and property management functions for Stephen C. Gault Co., Gault Development LLC and all Gault-Marsh entities.
In 2014, she received her Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Sullivan University.
Grace is a licensed Kentucky real estate salesperson, and is an active member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) where she currently serves as the organization's President. She earned her CPM® Certified Property Management designation through IREM in 2020.
Grace is a active member of The American Payroll Association and she is also a member of CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Management) where she earned her CCIM designation in April, 2022.
