Dalton joined Stephen C. Gault Co. in 2005 following his completion of the MBA program at Bellarmine University. While at Bellarmine, he worked in the highly-competitive office equipment industry as a top-ranked sales manager for Imagistics International.
Dalton has achieved both his CCIM and SIOR designations, and is licensed in both Kentucky and Indiana. His primary focus is on the sales and leasing of industrial properties, including distribution centers, manufacturing facilities, industrial investment properties and industrial land.
In January of 2010, Dalton was awarded the Young Real Estate Professionals of Louisville Building Block Award, given to up-and-coming commercial real estate professionals for professional and civic achievements; he was recognized by Business First in 2014 as a Commercial Real Estate Award Finalist.
