Charles P. Marsh
Vice President of Stephen C. Gault Co. and Manger of Gault-Marsh Development
Charlie manages Gault-Marsh Development, formed in 1993 to develop business parks in the Louisville Metro area, including Watterson Business Park (50 acres), Eastpoint Business Center (600 acres), and Southpoint Business Center (40 acres). Additionally, he has handled numerous major industrial build-to-suit, sale and lease transactions.
Charlie previously held various management positions in operations, project management and sales at United States Steel in Birmingham, AL, Pittsburgh, PA, and Louisville, KY.
He is a graduate of Vanderbilt University and currently a member of the Greater Louisville Association of Realtors. He currently serves on the boards of 21st Century Parks, Trees Louisville, the Olmsted Conservancy, and was formerly the board chair of the Louisville Nature Center.
Charlie is the 2020 recipient of the March of Dimes Commercial REACH Award.
