Steve founded the Stephen C. Gault Co. in May, 1991 to offer industrial real estate services to the Louisville community. Beginning in 1976, he served for 15 years as a broker at Harry K. Moore Co., now JLL.
He is an Active Industrial Member of SIOR (Society of Industrial and Office Realtors), a member of the Greater Louisville Association of Realtors, and a member of the Building Industry Association. He was named the 2001 Recipient of the March of Dimes Commercial Real Estate Achievement Award.
Steve is a trustee of The College of Wooster, and serves on the boards of The Morton Center, the Louisville Free Public Library Foundation, the University of Louisville Real Estate Foundation, the University of Louisville President’s Council, Impetus – For a better Louisville, and Greater Louisville, Inc.
