Founder and President of Stephen C. Gault Co.
Steve founded the Stephen C. Gault Co. in May, 1991 to offer commercial real estate services to the Louisville community. Prior to founding his own firm, he served fifteen years as a commercial broker at Harry K. Moore Co. He is an Active Industrial Member of SIOR (Society of Industrial and Office Realtors) and a member of the Greater Louisville Association of Realtors.
Active in the community, he was named the 2001 Recipient of the March of Dimes Commercial Real Estate Achievement Award. Steve is a Trustee of Jewish Hospital HealthCare Services and the College of Wooster; he serves on the boards of The Morton Center and Louisville Free Public Library Foundation. He is an Honorary Board Member - STAR Program (Systematic Treatment of Autism and Related Disorders)

Charlie heads development for Gault Development, LLC formed in 1993 to develop business properties in the Louisville Metro area. To date, two business parks (Watterson Business Park, 50 acres, and Eastpoint Business Center, 600 acres) have buildings completed, with a third park currently under development (Southpoint Business Center, 39 acres). Charlie previously held various management assignments at United States Steel in operations, project management and sales in Birmingham, AL; Pittsburgh, PA and Louisville, KY.
He is a member of the Kentucky Board of Realtors and the Greater Louisville Association of Realtors, and a graduate of Vanderbilt University. He serves on the Riverport Business Association Board of Directors and the board of St. Matthews Elementary. He previously served on the boards of Innovative Productivity and Harvey Browne Preschool.

Dalton joined Stephen C. Gault Co. in the summer of 2005 following his completion of the MBA program at Bellarmine University. While enrolled at Bellarmine, he worked in the highly competitive office equipment industry as a top-ranked sales manager for Imagistics International.
Dalton is licensed in both Kentucky and Indiana, focusing on the sales and leasing of industrial properties including distribution centers, manufacturing facilities, industrial investment properties and industrial land.
In January of 2010, Dalton was awarded the Young Real Estate Professionals of Louisville Building Block Award, given to up and coming commercial real estatee professionals for achievements both professionally and civically. As an active CCIM designee, Dalton is serving the Kentucky CCIM Chapter by sitting on its education committee, is a director on the Kentucky Commercial Real Estate Alliance, is the Public Relations Chairman on Louisville's Commercial Council and is a member of Greater Louisville Inc's Manufacturing and Logistics Network. In his free time, for the past 12 years, Dalton has been a youth soccer coach, and more recently, for the last year, as a doting father to his new daughter, Ella Rose.

Larry is a 25 year veteran of the Kentucky and Southern Indiana industrial real estate market. Having worked with Steve Gault in the 1980's, the opportunity to team with his firm, commencing in the fall of 2007, provides the opportunity for further personal and corporate growth.
He has developed expertise in development land, the sale and leasing of industrial properties, including bulk warehouse distribution, manufacturing and flex. Also, Larry has focused on tenant and buyer representation over the past dozen years.
A native Louisvillian, he did live in Richmond, VA during his school and college years. He attended The Citadel and the University of Richmond and has taken several graduate courses at Bellarmine University. His community involvement includes serving as a board member and past president of Family & Children First; the Commercial/Industrial and the Government Affairs Committees of the Greater Louisville Association of Realtors, Habitat for Humanity, and an active member of St. Francis in the Fields Episcopal Church.
